You can't just use one particular brand of speakers (Turbo sound, Carlsbro, Fane, JBL, Peavey, Richard Alan) to attain a perfect flat response across the frequency range.

You can increase your base response by modifying your amplifier power supply, or build a second smaller power supply to run in conjunction with it and increase the electrolytic capacitors.
